Once your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number. Our parcels are sent with Royal Mail unless otherwise specified. . 

You will receive an email confirmation to the email address specified in your order. 

You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 7 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please email or write to us at 21 King Street, St Helier, Jersey JE2 4WF,  orders@rivolijewellers.co.uk. You do not have to give a reason for cancellation; however a brief explanation will help us to improve the service we offer to customers in the future.

If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage and include all original packaging, guarantees, warranties etc that may have been inside the box. Postage charges incurred when  returning the items will not be refunded.

If you fail to return the goods within a reasonable timescale, we will collect them, and we will charge you the direct cost of collection. If you fail to take reasonable care of the goods before they are returned to us and this results in damage or deterioration, we will charge you for the reduction in value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

* Sale Goods

* Goods which have been made to the customers own specification such as engraving or sizing (where the product cannot be returned to its original state).

* Goods which have been worn by the customer.

This policy does not apply to the following goods which are exempt once they have been received by the customer.

As a low tax and VAT free island, Jersey is an ideal place to shop. All our prices online and in store at Swarovski Jersey are 15% less than the UK RRP and include Jersey GST at 5%. 

Customers in the UK will not incur any additional taxes on any products purchased from Rivoli Limited.
All UK (United Kingdom) taxes are pre-paid for you by Rivoli Limited. The total amount of your order, including all postage and costs such as packaging and delivery, are displayed on the final screen of the online check out and on your order confirmation.

Postage costs will be charged at the checkout.

European and Worldwide Tax on Purchases

Deliveries outside of the UK will be subject to local import taxes and duties. 

Rivoli Limited is not responsible for taxes on purchases shipped outside of the United Kingdom. Any country specific taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

In-Store Pricing
All our prices in store in Jersey are VAT Free but include Jersey Goods and Services Tax (GST).

Shopping in Jersey – Visit Jersey
For visitors shopping in-store and returning to the United Kingdom we are part of the GST Visitors Refund Scheme. The purchase must be in excess of £300.00 (inclusive of GST). Please ask in store for details or email us at orders@rivolijewellers.com
