All prices listed are accurate to the best of our ability. In the rare case that an item is listed incorrectly, Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli reserves the right to refuse the sale and may offer the items again at with the correct information.
Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli does not guarantee the availability of any items listed on www.rivolijewellers.com. If the item selected for purchase is not available, Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli will make every effort to contact the customer to notify them of the cancellation.
Please note that upon placing an order, a receipt is automatically mailed confirming the purchase intent. This receipt does not constitute a contract, and orders may be cancelled at any time due to insufficient stock, inability to authorise a credit card, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrect item price, or any other reason, as we see fit. Please further note that Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such order whether or not your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has already been charged and your order is canceled, Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the purchase.
Our items is sold in as is condition. Jewellery, like all material, is susceptible to damage and requires preventative measures and maintenance. It is important to be aware of your jewellery while wearing it and to choose pieces that are appropriate for your lifestyle. We recommend removing all jewellery in situations when abnormal contact is expected.
If an item purchased from Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli incurs damage, please return it to the store. We will take the item in, review the damage and possible cause with our jeweller, and contact you with an estimate for the repair.
RETURNS:
Web returns are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. This is separate from our retail store return policy, where returns are only eligible for exchange or credit note.
At Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli we’ll gladly accept the return of items within 10 days of order delivery. The goods must be free from wear, stains, odor or any condition that would prevent them from being sold as new. Returned items must be accompanied with a copy of the receipt. Special orders, bespoke pieces, personalised jewellery and items that have been sized to fit are final sale and are not eligible for return.
Customers will assume responsibility for return shipping charges. Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of return packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to the Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli returns office.
If all conditions are met, the original form of payment will be credited; if not, all items will be shipped back to the customer with an explanation. Customer incurs all shipping costs for all returned items.

SALES TAX:
Customers in the UK will not incur any additional taxes on any products purchased online from Rivoli Jewellers // STORY by Rivoli .
All United Kingdom taxes are pre-paid by Rivoli Limited. The total amount of your order, including all postage and costs such as packaging and delivery, are displayed on the final screen of the online checkout and on your order confirmation.
Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom may incur taxes. Rivoli Limited is not responsible for taxes on purchases shipped outside of the United Kingdom. Any country-specific taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
BUYING GIFT CARDS:
If you are interested in purchasing a gift card please email orders@rivolijewellers.com
CHANGES:
If you need to change your order please email orders@rivolijewellers.com as soon as possible. We are happy to make any changes before your order has been shipped.
SHIPPING:
We ship domestically using Royal Mail. We offer Recorded Delivery and Special Delivery services. Deliveries can take up to 10 working days however under “normal” conditions we would expect deliveries to take 2-3 days. A claim for non delivery of a tracked parcel can be made after 28 working days if no information about the parcel is available. Should you wish to have the items redelivered and the original parcel arrives, you will be required to return the goods or Rivoli Limited reserves the right to charge you for them.
TRACKING NUMBERS:
Once your item has been shipped you will receive an email containing the tracking number for your shipment. Please note that Royal Mail only ships packages from Jersey Monday to Friday.
