This version of the 1968 Diver’s, Seiko’s first one piece case, high beat diver’s watch, has a Pacific Green dial and a GMT hand for tracking a second time zone.
It uses the in house calibre 6R54, the first mechanical GMT movement in a Seiko diver’s watch, with a power reserve of around three days. The case is 13.3mm thick with a sapphire crystal and screw down crown, and is water resistant to 300m. The diving scale is made from scratch resistant Japanese ceramic, and the short pitch bracelet has a low centre of gravity and a micro adjustment clasp.
