All work is carried out on-site by accredited professional watchmakers. The work will include fitting a high-quality replacement battery, replacing all necessary seals (including case back, crown, and pushers) to maintain dust and water resistance and conducting a full pressure test to ensure the watch remains protected against water and moisture. The Rivoli building is home to an independent (Trade Only) watchmaker meaning that your watch does not need to leave the island for repair. Rivoli Jewellers offers a professional desktop watch valuation service for insurance replacement purposes. Simply submit photos, documentation, and your personal details, and once payment is received, you'll receive your valuation report within 7–10 days.

Our experience in the watch industry spans more than 40 years. Rivoli uses the services of a highly experienced independant watchmaker based in the same building as Rivoli as well as off-island ROLEX accredited watchmakers for watch repairs. The independent watchmaker is based in the same building as Rivoli which means that many of our Prestige watch repairs can be done in house.
A regular service should be carried out on mechanical and automatic watches. The Federation of the Swiss Watch Industry FH recommends that a movement should be stripped and cleaned every 3-5 years. As well as carrying out maintenance on your watch, Rivoli also offers a repair service for an extensive range of watch brands.
