Customers in the UK will not incur any additional taxes on any products purchased online from Rivoli and STORY by Rivoli.
If you purchase through our website, all UK (United Kingdom) taxes are pre-paid for you by Rivoli Limited. The total amount of your order, including all postage and costs such as packaging and delivery, are displayed on the final screen of the online checkout and on your order confirmation.

European and Worldwide Tax on Purchases
Deliveries outside of the United Kingdom many incur additional country specific taxes. Rivoli Limited is not responsible for taxes on purchases shipped outside of the United Kingdom. Any country-specific taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

For visitors to Jersey shopping in-store we are part of the GST refund scheme operated by Global Blue. Any purchase over £100 in our stores is eligible if you are a visitor to the Island and returning home within 30 days.
