A PADI Special Edition based on Seiko’s first diver’s watch, the 62MAS of 1965, which was worn by the Japanese Antarctic Research Expedition and later by explorers at both Poles and on Everest.
The green dial represents the ocean surface seen from below with sunlight breaking through, and the date sits upright at 4.30. The case is 13mm thick with a super hard coating and a curved sapphire crystal. It comes on a short pitch bracelet with a micro adjustable clasp, plus an additional green strap made from recycled fishing nets. Powered by the in house calibre 6R55 with about three days of power reserve, it is water resistant to 300m.
