The Seiko 5 Sports Field range is based on military trench watches, made to be robust in hard conditions. This model has a textured white dial and a silver coloured bezel.
It is the first Seiko Field watch with a bidirectional bezel, which carries a compass scale, and the bezel knurling has been redesigned for grip. The case is 13.2mm thick with a Hardlex crystal and water resistance to 100m. The automatic calibre 4R36 provides the day and date, with a power reserve of about 41 hours, and can be seen through the case back.
